HOURS OF OPERATION:
PAWS of Coronado is open daily ( except designated holidays) from 9:00 AM – 11:30 AM and 12:30 PM – 4:00 PM. We are closed to the public daily from 11:30 AM – 12:30 PM (Quiet Hour) to allow our animals in care time to relax.
Closed to the public:
New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and December 25th.
Adoption Visits:
If you are interested in meeting a dog or cat, we recommend filling out an adoption application in advance. This helps us coordinate in case the animal is currently in a foster home or attending an event.
Volunteer Hours:
Volunteers are welcome any day between 9:00 AM to 11:30 AM and 12:30 PM to 4:00 PM , with a Quiet Hour closure from 11:30 AM – 12:30 PM (with the exception of behavior volunteers).
Please call ahead, as there may be times when we do not have dogs or cats at the facility because they are in foster care or attending an off-site event.
