Smart and Spunky, it’s Harley! Harley is a young German Shepherd Dog with the most beautiful smile and outgoing personality. Harley is uniquely petite making her a great option for small San Diego living. She does well with other dogs and enjoys wrestling in the yard with her PAWS friend, Rose.
