Claire is ready to enthusiastically embrace her second chance at life!
Claire arrived at the Animal Care Facility suffering from starvation and with a devastating infection. Miraculously surviving emergency surgery was just the start for Claire, who proved throughout every day of her recovery that she was determined to survive and thrive.
Claire is loving and friendly and bonds with people quickly, once she considers you one of her people she provides endless affection. Claire is house trained and despite her limited experience seems to be a natural with leash walking, however she will need a family without young children that is willing to provide obedience training.
The tragedy of Claire’s early life has left her with some special medical considerations, but has put no damper on her kind spirit. Claire has overcome many obstacles in her first few years, and is ready for a new chapter with a family who can reciprocate her boundless love.
