Sugar is as sweet as her name! This sweet girl was adopted from PAWS as a kitten, but came back to us when her caregiver could no longer care for her. You can tell she was raised with lots of love, as her personality is as friendly as can be! She has quickly taken the role of the cat room welcome committee, coming over to say hi to everyone who comes in.
Adjusting to shelter life can be tough on a cat who didn’t live with other felines before, but Sugar is a model of how a little time and an even temper will weather any trouble! Even though she was a bit scared of the other cats at first, she has warmed up to them and now can coexist without worries. Humans are still her favorites, though, as is clear as she watches everyone who comes in to the shelter, hoping they are there to meet her and maybe take her home.
If you are looking for a cat to add sugar, spice and everything nice to your life, Sugar may be the purrfect cat for you!
