A Little Good Will Goes a Long Way…
Pocahontas came to the Coronado Animal Care Facility as a stray when was found under the hood of a car. This little one had the benefit of a foster family to see her through the initial shock of feeling displaced. In record time, she learned to see the good in her handlers and has blossomed. Pocahontas will impress visitors with her ability to make them feel welcome and accepted into her circle of friends. True to her namesake, she’s a beautiful little spirit who promotes peace and harmony among those around her. The beautiful Tabby markings on this kitten’s coat help her stand out in a crowd. Once you’re holding her close, you will know she is special. Won’t you allow Pocahontas to continue her journey as a good will ambassador for your family?
Pocahontas’ Stats: female kitten, DOB: 5/3/19 (estimate), Brown Tabby DSH, spayed, microchip implant, tested negative for FeLV, dewormed, flea preventative applied, adoption fee – $50 (or $75 for two kittens/cats)

Home environment: Moderate to active
You can meet the PAWS cats and kittens at the Coronado Animal Care Facility. The facility is open daily: 9:00-11:30am and 12:30-4:00pm (except major holidays). It is located at 1395 First Street, at the south end of the Ferry Landing complex.
If you are interested in adopting a cat or kitten, you must first come meet him/her. If it seems like a good match, the next step is to complete a cat adoption application. You may complete the cat adoption application at the facility or online. A PAWS of Coronado cat adoption counselor will contact you within 24-48 hours to discuss your application.
You can read about the adoption process on the Adoption Information page.
