Looking My Best, One Lick At A Time…
Nikita was transferred to the Coronado Animal Care Facility from the Chula Vista Animal Care Facility. In partnership with the San Diego Animal Welfare Coalition, we collaborate to promote our furry friends during times of overcrowding.
This young cat is a beautiful example of a striped Tabby. Besides being gorgeous, she is interactive with whatever play or attention comes her way. Nikita is always up front and center for any action in our community room. If you are looking for two furry friends, Nala (left, bottom photo) and Nikita seem to find comfort in one another’s company and can often be found curled up on the cat tree together, grooming and keeping each other tidy.
Nikita’s Stats: female, DOB: 3/28/19 (11 months old), Brown/Grey Tabby DSH, spayed, microchip implant, tested negative for FeLV & FIV, dewormed, flea preventative applied, adoption fee – $50 (or $75 for two cats/kittens)
Home environment: Moderate – active
You can meet the PAWS cats and kittens at the Coronado Animal Care Facility. The facility is open daily: 9:00-11:30am and 12:30-4:00pm (except major holidays). It is located at 1395 First Street, at the south end of the Ferry Landing complex.
If you are interested in adopting a cat or kitten, you must first come meet him/her. If it seems like a good match, the next step is to complete a cat adoption application. You may complete the cat adoption application at the facility or online. A PAWS of Coronado cat adoption counselor will contact you within 24-48 hours to discuss your application.
You can read about the adoption process on the Adoption Information page.
