Lennox was born to Nora, a young mother who was found in a box. It was plain to see, Nora was pregnant, so a foster family took her in immediately. In two weeks time, she gave birth to Lennox and five other beautiful kittens. They had the luxury of having their mom to nurse them and teach the lessons only a feline mom can provide. This young mother proved to be responsible and loving to all of her offspring.
Each kitten has his/her own personality, so spending time with them will work well to find the right kitten for your home. We do encourage adopting in pairs. Kittens have an excess of energy, so having a feline playmate can keep them entertained and exercised.
Lennox’s Stats: Date of birth: Feb 26, 2019, DSH, neutered, microchip implant, tested negative for FELV & FIV, dewormed, flea preventative applied, adoption fee – $50 for one kitten or $75 for a pair
Good with kids: Likely
Good with cats: Likely
Good with dogs: In initial trials – did well with an elder dog in foster care
Home environment: Moderate – high activity, at least to start
You can meet the PAWS cats and kittens at the Coronado Animal Care Facility. The facility is open daily: 9:00-11:30am and 12:30-4:00pm (except major holidays). It is located at 1395 First Street, at the south end of the Ferry Landing complex.
If you are interested in adopting a cat or kitten, you must first come meet him/her. If it seems like a good match, the next step is to complete a cat adoption application. You may complete the cat adoption application at the facility or online. A PAWS of Coronado cat adoption counselor will contact you within 24-48 hours to discuss your application.
