Are you looking for a fun canine companion who can keep up with your athletic lifestyle? Meet Junior, a recent arrival at the Coronado Animal Care Facility who came in as a stray when he was found wandering on C Avenue. He is now ready for his forever home. Junior is a two-year-old male mixed breed who weighs 39 pounds.
A happy and engaging young boy, Junior wants to be with his human pals. He is attentive to his handler. Junior especially enjoys belly rubs, hugs and playing with his toys. He also likes to play fetch. Junior walks nicely on his leash. He would likely make a good running and/or hiking partner. Junior seems friendly with other dogs. He is house trained and knows a number of commands (sit, stay, down, no, paw, shake). Junior does not like to be left alone for extended periods of time. A family who will include Junior in their daily activities and give him daily exercise (1-2 hours) would suit him best. Come meet this sweet boy today, Junior is ready to be your active family’s loving companion!
