Letʼs Make Some Music!
Helaʼs life seems to be played out in some of our favorite musical numbers. As a new mother, “Sitting on the Dock of the Bay” gave her the idea to have her litter of kittens aboard a sailboat, at Fiddlerʼs Cove. Now all her kittens have been adopted and she is awaiting her furever home.
It is when you watch Hela walk that the song, “Stray Cat Strut” starts playing in your head. She has a unique way of prancing through the halls, her gait confident and methodical. Helaʼs petite size and self assured personality make her an interesting character. If you are ready for a little music in your heart, bring her along. With her bluesy meow, Hela will likely sing along.
Helaʼs Stats: female, 1 year old, DSH, Tortoiseshell, spayed, microchip implant, tested negative for FELV & FIV, dewormed, flea preventative applied, adoption fee $50

You can meet the PAWS cats and kittens at the Coronado Animal Care Facility. The facility is open daily: 9:00-11:30am and 12:30-4:00pm (except major holidays). It is located at 1395 First Street, at the south end of the Ferry Landing complex.
If you are interested in adopting a cat or kitten, you must first come meet him/her. If it seems like a good match, the next step is to complete a cat adoption application. You may complete the cat adoption application at the facility or online. A PAWS of Coronado cat adoption counselor will contact you within 24-48 hours to discuss your application.
You can read about the adoption process on the Adoption Information page.
