*** Update:  We now have enough foster help for these kittens. Thank you for the huge positive response! ***

One adult female and twelve (yes…12!!) tiny kittens were left in a box outside the Coronado Animal Care Facility on Saturday night.  The kittens range in age from 4-6 weeks and appear to be from three different litters.

We need folks to foster these little ones.  You will need to feed, love and socialize them until they are old enough, big enough and strong enough to be spayed or neutered so they can find their forever homes.

If you can take two or three of these kittens for just four to six weeks, you could ensure a wonderful future for them.  PAWS of Coronado will provide all necessary food and supplies, as well as pay for all veterinary care such as inoculations, flea treatment, etc.

Please call Julie, PAWS Foster Co-ordinator, at 619-519-1812, to lend a hand and your heart.  Thank you!

If you would like to volunteer for fostering needs in the future, please go to our “Volunteer” page and then click on “Fostering.”
