Denver is ready to forever change your life with his loyalty and devotion!
Denver came to the Animal Care Facility scared, dirty, and full of ticks. It didn’t take long for the staff to gain his confidence and trust with love and attention.
Due to Denver’s early life experiences he tends to be shy and uncertain with new people, especially men, so it may take a few times meeting him for his boisterous personality to come out.
Denver is house trained, is learning commands daily with staff, and likes to chase a ball in the yard and get attention. He appears to have limited experience with leash walking and tends to get easily spooked by the unfamiliar, but he is quickly learning the ropes and overcoming his fears.
Due to Denver’s size and breed, we recommend a household without children or other dogs, capable of providing obedience training to challenge and nurture this clever boy’s intelligence.
